The RFTC Standard Riveting System (SRS) is a table top mounted unit equipped with controls, two-hand anti-tie-down safety module and electrical and pneumatic control system. All machines are produced in our Traverse City location with our commitment and assurances that they will conform to the highest levels of quality, safety and performance in the industry.    Safety is paramount in our design. Our pneumatic systems include a soft start/quick exhaust valve which allows immediate exhausting of all pressurized components should the Emergency Stop be depressed.

Our two-hand control module as well as the electrical control panel is designed to comply with all safety standards, European, U.S. and Canadian. National Electrical Code 2002, including ard flash hazard requirement, and are CE compliant. All controls comply with U.S.
The SRS Systems can be utilized in other jusrisdictions without the replacement of components or design changes.

The SRM module is designed to operate in all attitudes and working positions. This versatility allows customers and machine builders the ability to integrate the module either in new systems or replacing existing work stations. The unit is equipped with both an upper and lower proximity switch for controlling the machines cycle timing function. We recommend that all work stations have safety guarding and activation devices that comply with CE and OSHA standards.
